Early stage of depression

Early stage of depression is characterized by a low, sad, anxious, fearful, or indifferent mood and a decrease or loss of the ability to experience pleasure (anhedonia). Typically, there are also some of the following symptoms present: low self-esteem, loss of interest in life and usual activities, unwarranted feelings of guilt, pessimism, difficulty concentrating, fatigue or lack of energy, sleep and appetite disturbances.

Do these exercises in a convenient, random order, but daily. For 21 days or more.
