Burnout

Occupational burnout is a state in which emotions become dulled, and a person constantly feels exhausted. Sometimes occupational burnout is referred to as emotional burnout. This general negative state develops as a result of chronic stress in the workplace and leads to mental and emotional depletion of personal resources. Symptoms of burnout include increased fatigue, sleep disturbances, eating disorders, apathy, and sluggishness.

Perform these exercises in a convenient, random order, but do them daily. Carry them out for 21 days or more.
