Anxiety is a tendency to frequently experience unfounded emotional disturbance. Anxiety is classified as concern, worry about events that have not yet occurred.

Symptoms of anxiety: increased sensitivity to criticism; low self-esteem; nervousness; tremor or shaking; headache; dizziness; feeling of difficulty breathing; feeling of pressure in the chest or rapid heartbeat; dry mouth; increased sweating of the hands; muscle tension, pain or tenderness (myalgia); extreme fatigue.

Do these exercises in a convenient, random order, but daily. For 21 days or more.
