As part of this mission, the Ministry of Reintegration reports that a free psychological online simulator has been launched for teenagers. It contains sections with exercises for different age categories, so it can be useful even for adults.
The simulator was created within the framework of cooperation between the Department of Juvenile Prevention of the National Police and the charitable organization HappyMind.Help BF. The recommended age for independent use of the online simulator by teenagers is from 13-14 years old.
For schoolchildren of the younger age category (7-12 years), it is recommended to use the simulator together with parents (guardians) or specialists in psychological health.
The proposed training exercises have a preventive effect for the independent improvement of psychological health. At the same time, the developers emphasize that if there are signs of mental illness, it is necessary to consult a qualified specialist.
